Gaskets & Seals
We have a number of processes available to custom make any gasket or seal. Our die cutting process is used on up to 1" thick material while holding tight tolerances. Tooling cost is minimal and die lead times just 1-2 days. Turn around time on die cut parts can be as little as 2-3 days. Slitting and saw cutting are also available to trim that full size sheet to the size you require.
Pressure Sensitive Adhesive (PSA) application is available on any part. We offer a range of adhesives to stand up to all your demands.
